Schedule 8/Unpermitted Dwelling Unit (HCD Gross)
HCID-FUNDED PROJECTS:
- TOC/Density Bonus Only (no parking reduction) – HCD Gross Schedule 7
- TOC/Density Bonus and/or incentives (no parking reduction) – HCD Gross Schedule 7
- TOC/Density Bonus and/or incentives with Parking Reduction 1 – HCD Gross Schedule 7
- TOC/Density Bonus and/or incentives with Parking Reduction 1 – HCD Gross Schedule 7
- 100% TOC/ Density Bonus and/or incentives with Parking Reduction 2 – HCD Gross Schedule 7 (TOC/DB units) and HUD Schedule 1 (remaining units)
