We partner with many private and nonprofit organizations that provide various types of professional services in support of our mission to meet the diverse needs of Los Angeles. Our committed group of contractors range from social services agencies to information technology professionals. Funding for these contracts comes from local fee funds, as well as private, State and federal grants that are approved by the Mayor and the City Council on an annual basis.

*Note: The Mandatory Proposers’ Conference will be held online only — and all proposals/bids must be submitted via email. The HCIDLA offices are temporarily closed to the public due to COVID-19.

HCIDLA will be soliciting qualified organizations/contractors to provide training services for its Accessible Housing Program. The selected contractor shall provide the necessary training required under the City’s Corrected Settlement Agreement (CSA) with the Plaintiffs and the Voluntary Compliance Agreement (VCA) with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assist HCIDLA staff in developing curricula, conducting training, and providing related services.
