

FamilySource
The FamilySource System is comprised of a network of 16 one-stop community centers, known as FamilySource Centers (FSC). The FSCs are located in high need areas of the City and provide a myriad of braided social, educational, work and family support services designed to assist low-income families to become more self-sufficient by increasing family income and academic achievement for youth and adults.

Low-income city residents with primary focus on families with children in middle and/or high school.

Solid Ground Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP) FAQ:
The Solid Ground HPP helps prevent new cases of homelessness by stabilizing housing and working with households to build a more financially secure future. The program can help you reduce debt, build or establish credit, save and build a monthly budget that can work for you and your family.

- Mediation and/or landlord dispute resolution services
- Referrals to public assistance benefits and other community resources
- Referral and linkage to other services (e.g., social service programs, pre-employment and employment support, mental health counseling)
To receive HPP services, you must:
- Live within the City of Los Angeles.
- Be at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI),
- Be at imminent risk of homelessness (delinquent on rent) or the risk of homelessness (facing a financial hardship that could result in homelessness, but not imminently at risk of becoming homeless, i.e., not delinquent on rent, but show a financial hardship that can
lead you to become delinquent on rent).
Yes, but financial assistance is limited.
No, HPP will not affect you or your family from receiving or continued use of public benefits such as Cal-Fresh, Cal-Works, SSI, SSDI, or other local, state, or federal supported programs.
