LOAN AMENDMENT APPLICATIONS

Requests to amend or change the terms of your multi-family loan must be submitted to HCIDLA in writing. For all amendment requests, your loan will need to be in good standing with the City. You or your organization must pass a borrower’s background check to verify that you are in compliance with the existing loan agreement, regulatory agreement or any other applicable laws, including Section 504 and Americans with Disabilities Act.
