At HCIDLABill.org you can:
Pay the RSO and/or SCEP annual fees for one or more properties using a major credit/debit card or eCheck
Request temporary annual rental unit exemption(s)
Receive a confirmation receipt
Print individual or multiple Statements of Registration of Rental Units (Certificates)
Email your billing questions or concerns to HCIDLA.firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a prompt response
All other fees can be paid by submitting your payment in the self-addressed envelope included with the bill or by visiting an HCIDLA Walk-In Center.
If you use a smartphone or a tablet, all the features of our online payment system are available to you whenever you want to do business. There is no application to download; simply log in and access your billing account information at your convenience.
