Accessible Housing Program, Housing, Housing Programs|

If you are living in or applying for a unit in a Covered Housing Development, the Development will have its own Grievance Procedure, and you may choose to resolve your issues/complaints by using that process.  See if the unit is on the list of Covered Housing Developments.

You can also choose to file a grievance with the Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department (HCIDLA) Accessible Housing Program (AcHP).

HCIDLA AcHP accepts, reviews, and resolves grievances regarding discrimination based on disability and lack of accessibility in Covered Housing Developments, HCIDLA’s Covered Housing Programs, the Accessible Housing Website Registry, and the implementation of the Settlement Agreement of the lawsuit Independent Living Center of Southern California, et al. vs. City of Los Angeles and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles.
