The Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department (HCIDLA) invites property owners to attend our
free 2021 virtual information workshops. In accordance with the Los Angeles Municipal Code § 162.06.B.8, property
owners must attend a mandatory workshop within six months of the General Manager’s Decision affirming
placement of their property into the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP).

This virtual workshop provides information about how to prepare for a housing inspection, resolve violations,
and prevent properties from further enforcement activities, including placement in REAP. A Housing Inspector
will be present to address your questions regarding the inspection of your property. Staff will also be present
to provide information regarding the 2021 annual bill and answer any billing questions.
