Gerlie Collado has more than a decade of experience working in marketing, communications, fundraising and grantmaking in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. In her current capacity as the Arts Program Associate with The James Irvine Foundation, she helps to manage the Foundation’s Arts grantmaking portfolio, which is focused on expanding engagement in the arts for all Californians. Prior to joining the Irvine Foundation, Gerlie contributed to the California Community Foundation’s marketing, communications and public relations activities. She has also served as development manager for Search to Involve Pilipino Americans, a health and human services agency serving multi-ethnic youth and families in Los Angeles’ Historic Filipinotown. Gerlie holds a master’s in arts management from Claremont Graduate University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Francisco.
