The Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program is a highly competitive State funded program geared toward reducing greenhouse gas emissions by funding the development of affordable housing projects in conjunction with sustainable transportation improvements. To date, Los Angeles has been awarded nearly $330.8 million in funding to support 28 developments, 2,943 new housing units and an array of GHG emission-reducing transit infrastructure projects.
Everyone interested in learning more about the AHSC program and the upcoming Round 6 NOFA are welcomed to attend the Developer Kick-Off event.
