The Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department (HCIDLA) is pleased to announce the release of its 2021 Affordable Housing Managed Pipeline (AHMP) Regulations and the opening of the 2021 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) application.
Applicants must submit the required electronic application and supporting documents no later than 11:59 PM (PDT) on May 10, 2021. Applications submitted after this date and time will not be considered.
Additionally, HCIDLA will host a Bidder’s Conference on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM (PDT). Section 5.3.4 – Average Total Development Cost will be published by that date. Meeting information coming soon.
