Luz Santiago, Assistant General Manager (AGM) for the Administration Bureau, is responsible for the management and oversight of the following units: Accounting Division; Systems Division; Management Services; Budget and Contracts; and the Personnel Section.
Luz has over 20 years of experience in the social services industry which included responsibility for overall management and direction of day to day operations in the areas of administration, quality control, work-flow productivity, strategic planning and contract compliance.
Before joining the City of Los Angeles Luz worked closely with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) toward enforcing their performance-based subsidized housing contracts with the private sector.
